This is a Fixed Term Contract, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Fixed term contract until March 2026 

37 hours per week (5 days per week over Monday – Friday) 

 

What do we need? 

As an HR Assistant you will help form the cornerstone of our HR Ops Team, working in collaboration with the other HR Assistants you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support. Lifecycle administration to reporting, recruitment administration to onboarding and everything in between, this role is varied and interesting. 

As a team we have chosen to come into the office a couple of times each week to keep in touch with everyone and expand on our shared knowledge, team links and culture 

Although working remotely forms part of our week, we continue to collaborate via Microsoft Teams throughout the day. 

Given the variety of the role, there will be opportunities to roll up your sleeves and get involved with a wider range of HR activities and initiatives, so we need someone who’s comfortable broadening their skillset and experience within an HR setting, whilst helping to make our projects successful.

  • You’re passionate, people orientated and have a willingness to make a difference and to help the HR Team to support the wider business 

  • You’re a competent user of the Microsoft Office package 

  • You are a confident and skilled communicator who is not afraid to talk positively at all levels. 

  • You enjoy a variety of tasks and you are system-savvy relishing the challenge of getting to grips with data and information.  

  • You’re highly efficient with amazing organisational skills, the confidence to prioritise and a keen eye for detail. 

  • You need to genuinely care about people and want to help others.
