As our Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Systems Transformation & Engagement Manager the Business Analyst, Developers and wider business users to design and deliver new solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in understanding business needs, translate them into requirements for our technical teams, guide users through UAT and work with our Learning Designers to help them create learning material and ultimately improve business systems and resolve any potential business-related issues as soon as they arise. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll also be communicating with senior stakeholders. 

How you can expect to spend your day: 

  • Communicating with key stakeholders, customers and the wider business users 

  • Eliciting requirements using a variety of methods 

  • Documenting requirements using User Stories, Process Models, Screen Mock-ups and other tools 

  • Clarifying business needs for the technical team 

  • Working closely with the technical team to refine requirements and review development work 

  • Guiding users through User Acceptance Testing 

  • Working with the Learning Designers to ensure training and learning material is delivered and maintained as part of solution delivery and enhancement

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 

  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Skilled in facilitating workshops and refining requirements 

  • Proactive, with a focus on identifying risks and opportunities 

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and ambiguity 

  • Excellent communicator and collaborative team player 

  • Committed to continuous learning and professional growth 

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is beneficial
