We currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join bpha’s In House Maintenance Service, who make a difference to our customer’s lives everyday by delivering a high-quality repairs service designed around them.
We operate across Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, and we utilise the latest technology to ensure that we not only deliver a great experience for our customers, but for our colleagues as well.

Bpha are looking for a Surveying Services Officer to be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of our repair’s inspectors, stock condition surveyors and building surveyors.
You will be an effective part of the wider In-House Maintenance Services team and support cross functional working. Delivering a service which understands the needs of our customers and delivers a positive outcome for them. You will work with all areas of the IHMS and the wider bpha business to ensure we deliver a true solutions-based approach to our customers repair needs.
What you will be doing:
You will work as an effective member of the IHMS team, ensuring that our Surveying Services team are only assigned inspections that they are trained and competent to complete
You will have a customer centric, right first-time attitude, and live our corporate values, ensuring that you deliver a service which demonstrates our desire to understand the needs of our customers and deliver a positive outcome for them.
Working collaboratively with other members of the IHMS and other bpha colleagues on finding solutions where resourcing issues arise and where there is potential for service failure, ensuring we deliver the best outcome for our customers and maintain our KPI’s
Responsible for ensuring you and your team’s adherence and compliance to bpha standing orders, financial regulations, policies, and procedures
We’d love to meet someone with:
Experience of working within tight time restraints, overcoming logistical challenges, and planning
Minimum 2 years in logistical planning or other comparable scheduling service
An organised approach to work, with a positive attitude and able to manage time effectively and efficiently
Good general organisational, problem-solving, communication and IT skills
Commitment to providing great customer service
Educated to GCSE or equivalent levels
