This is a Fixed Term Contract, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Full Time (37 hours per week)  

12-month Fixed Term contract 

 

We’re seeking an experience L&D content designer, able to manage and organise their own workload, to join our busy People & Culture team as L&D Design Specialist.   

Reporting to the People and Culture Partner, this role will work with subject matter experts to understand the requirements of our mandatory and role specific training and create impactful and effective eLearning solutions. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Assess and understand mandatory training needs and then design solutions that engages the end user whilst meeting our governance and regulatory requirements  

  • Understand the differing needs of the organisation and design role specific training as required 

  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business and work with subject matter experts and department managers to identify training needs. 

  • Plan and deliver a refresh of bpha’s suite of mandatory learning, providing updates on progress to key stakeholders and evaluating the embedding of the new material 

  • Work with the internal communications team to create an engaging communication plan that promotes new training materials 

  • Working in conjunction with the L&D Assistant to set up and maintain content in the LMS system maximising efficiencies of the platform and ensuing content is reportable. 

 

We’d love to meet someone who has:    

  • Demonstrable experience of designing learning content for different roles, completing training needs analysis and evaluation and working with an LMS system 

  • Demonstratable experience of managing and delivering project work which involves multiple stakeholders across the business 

  • Demonstrable experience of managing and organising your own workload and taking accountability and responsibility for your outputs. Producing work to a high standard of professionalism.   

  • High degree of IT literacy including Word, Excel and Outlook.   

  • Strong communication and excellent verbal/ written communications skills.   

  • Good working knowledge and understanding of GDPR.
